Sona and Chiragh came to Glendalough on a day when the light filtered slowly through the old oaks and pines, turning everything soft and gold and unhurried. The kind of day the valley seems to hold still for.
We moved through the woodland and out toward the open hillside — letting the landscape do what it always does here, quietly and completely.

"Glendalough does something to people — the valley slows everything down, and the photographs know it."
